In the technical file of each package you will find, a part from a description, some data that might be of your interest, a space dedicated to all services and offers provided. In case of doubt, you can always contact us directly, or send your choice, and questions, through our contact form. 

To smooth the process, we suggest you include in your petition al important data: 

  • Holiday days (start – end)
  • Number of pax
  • Interests of the trip, itinerary or areas you want to visit, category, accomodation, guiding service, transfer, extra services, etc. 
  • Approximate budget

Yes. Ideally you should set a budget and share it with us, so that we can give you a realistic, fun, and memorable itinerary for a price you are comfortable with. An honest sharing of ideas and goals helps us immensely when making recommendations and suggested edits to travel plans. Prices may vary depending on the request, but we will do our outmost effort, to provide with useful advice and alternatives to fit our offers to you your needs and demands.

Yes. Usually, 30% of the payment must be executed, at due release date, and the 70% left, two weeks before arrival. All dates, and specifications on the activities and services provided, are to be found in the previously signed contract.

Yes, we recommend you to have your own insurance. Our RC insurance will only cover any activities and services our company provides during your stay (specified in the contract). 

Inform us right away. Cancellation emails will have to be sent on business hours (Monday to Friday, from 9h to 17h). 

We will answer you as soon as possible. You can find all necessary information in the signed contract.

No, we will only accept bank payments and credit cards.

Before you depart

All residents of the Shengen Space, need to bring a valid passport or identity card. For all non-resident of the Shengen Space, we kindly request you to contact your proper consulate or embassy, to ask them for any visa or requirements. 

Our government’s covid restriction policy, states that all destinations (excuding France, Spain and Portugal) must present a valid PCR test prior to 72h. 

The currency used in Andorra, France and Spain is the euro. Usually, you can exchange currencies at any Andorran bank. 

Please check with your provider before your trip. The Andorran “Telecom” (our only communication service provider), has few agreements with outside providers. This means huge rooming cost may be charged, when using the phone in the country. Our advice is to check first if Andorra is included in your mobile contract, some providers offer special packages. If not, deactivate the rooming option on your phone, and/or use your phone only for emergencies, or inside an internet-free area. 

At My World of Experiences, we want to inform you as much as possible. Therefore, we have build our Covid-19 protocol page, to inform you on most of the information necessary during your trip. Although, for more specific information we advise you to check our governments updates (www.govern.ad/covid19_newsletter/).

No, but children must be supervised at all times by an adult.

My World of Experiences will do everything possible to accommodate your requests and needs. Please indicate on you reservation form your specific requests. The sooner we know that you have a special request, the better we can prepare and accommodate.

At arrival, during our welcome cocktail, our representant will provide you, with all due and necessary information, and phone numbers, for the trip.

Yes, all independent requests are accepted, as long as they figure in the contract, and are thus, paid for.

If objects are found at or by any of our providers, we will shipped back, on reverse charge, to the address provided.

Oh no! We really want you to visit us. Please tell us what’s the issue and we will fix as quickly as possible.

Generally, agents are agile when answering (between 24-48 hours), although in times of high season it is possible that they take a little longer.
