Parties: These terms and conditions apply to anyone who uses this website ("Customer") and link the agent partner in the provision of service provided.

The customer also recognizes that: (1) although the agents partner strive to maintain timely and accurate all information contained on this website, they are not responsible for any errors, omissions or incorrect data to appear in the listings or information on hotels. (2) Is possible that the listings or information on hotels contain errors.
Unavailability: If a confirmed booking is not available, the agent partner will seek to offer an alternative hotel of equal or higher quality at the same location, or full refund if preferred. The agent partner also will seek to contact the customer before his departure to advise him of this unavailability. However, the customer acknowledges that it is not always possible. When unable to contact the customer before leaving, the agent partner will work to change accommodation as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Complaints: Any complaint regarding the hotel must be notified at the reception desk at the customer's stay and must be provided to the hotel management a reasonable opportunity to rectify the situation from the beginning. If the hotel in question has not rectified the complaint to customer satisfaction, you must present a written complaint to the hotel with copy to the agent partner (info@my-woe.com) within a maximum of seven days after the end of the stay at the hotel. If possible, the written complaint submitted must be accompanied by photographs or other visible or written evidence of the complaint. Warranties, representations, conditions and terms: It hereby excludes all terms, representations, conditions and warranties (whether express or implied) in relation to the site and any services connected.
Using the contact information of the client: The client agrees and consents to the possibility that the website or the agency partner use the customer contact information (i.e. email address, postal address or other data customer contact) to contact the customer if there is a problem with the reservation or to make part of subsequent promotions.
Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless this website regarding any liability, loss or damage, including legal fees, in which this website or the agent partner suffers as a result of any action, inaction or omission of the customer.
Consequential loss: Under no circumstances shall this website or the agent partner responsible for any loss or damage consequential or special, whatever their origin (including, without limitation, negligence or breach of these terms and conditions), or any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, whatever its cause, even if those listed above provided such loss or damage, or if you reported the possibility that happen.
Disclaimer: Despite the above, the responsibility of this website and agents partner with the client and / or any third party under any circumstances is limited to that amount of the following which is less:
(a) The amount paid by the client for the reservation, or
(b) €200
whichever lower.
Assignment: Customer may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate any right, duty or obligation under the provisions of this unless you possess the written consent of the agent partner or this web.
Intellectual property
System integrity: You may not use any device, routine or software to inhibit or interfere with the execution of this website or any booking made on it. Is prohibited, in relation, to any action that creates a load that may be considered unreasonable or disproportionate to the web site.

Entire agreement: These terms contain the entire agreement between the agent partner and client, and supersede any prior treaty or agreement (whether oral or written) about it and cannot be changed or modified.
Applicable law: These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Principality of Andorra.
